NA players get easy-to-do missions for the LTP (and some slots).
In my opinion, the LTP is okay, but weaker overall compared to my eternal low-tier love which is T-127. Armor is ok (you can bounce autocannons from the front), mobility is good (but you need 100 percent crew first), and the gun is adequate for the tier (same as T-127). A cute piece of Soviet engineering. Not OP but not too bad either. Do not sell it because there are worse gift tanks out there (Pz II D as best example).
