Dear readers and people who supported the stream, I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but it needs to be brought anyway.
Unfortunately the donations made during the stream have not arrived on my Paypal. I have received information from various donators that the money went to streamlabs itself, this means your money won’t go to us and thus The Red Cross. We recommend everyone who donated to chargeback their money. You don’t have to resend the money you charged back to us, just keep it to yourself.
So you’re probably asking; what about the charity now? Well, we donated the amount of donation money we should’ve received to The Red Cross out of our own pockets.
We apologize for any trouble we might have caused to you and we wish you all a merry Christmas!
