WG „Secret Project”

It seems that Wargaming has planned some new project. However no one knows anything yet or doesn’t want to spoil anything. The info comes from a group which seemingly knows something but encrypted it.

This is what could be unraveled:
1. It’s a war game, but not WoT.
2. 5 57.540193 and 5 53. 086211 – coordinates of a village named “Igra” (Game in Russian).
3. Also decrypted was “12 now wait next riddle”, it seems that on Feb 12th, a next hint will come.
4. The word “salted” was decrypted, might a maritime hint.
5. The ones who guessed successfully will seemingly recieve some bonuses.
